A propos du rôle ##

Dans le cadre d'un changement de locaux, nous sommes à la recherche de technicien/ne réseau et support pour assurer la transition fluide des infrastructures. Vous partagerez votre temps entre la manutention technique et le support aux utilisateurs.

Nous vous proposons une mission de 3 mois à temps plein (100%) avec une formation d'une semaine pour vous accompagner au mieux dans vos fonctions.

Tâches ##

  • Assurer la déconnexion et la gestion des câbles
  • Emballer et étiqueter ce matériel
  • Réinstaller et reconnecter les équipements (VLAN)
  • Faire du support de niveau 1
  • Déployer le matériel informatique et des postes de travail
  • Suivi rigoureux des tâches avec rapports d'exécution et gestion des stocks

Nous cherchons ##

  • Connaissances de base en architecture réseau (adressage IP, VLAN, câblage)
  • Diplôme ou formation en informatique
  • Une première expérience IT / support informatique, un plus
  • Français courant à l'oral et à l'écrit
