Nous recherchons actuellement des technicien(ne) junior – Gypserie / Peinture pour plusieurs de nos clients dans la région de Genève. Rejoignez-nous et évoluez dans un environnement où l’humain et la qualité du travail sont au cœur des priorités.

Description du poste

  • Assister les techniciens et conducteurs de travaux dans le suivi des chantiers
  • Participer aux prises de mesures et métrés
  • Préparer et suivre les dossiers techniques
  • Aider à la planification et à l’organisation des travaux
  • Suivre l’avancement des équipes sur chantier
  • Participer aux séances de chantier
  • Être en contact avec les équipes, fournisseurs et différents intervenants
  • Contrôler la bonne exécution des travaux
  • Évoluer progressivement vers une gestion autonome de petits chantiers

Profil recherché

  • Formation technique dans le bâtiment / conduite de travaux / économie de la construction ou formation équivalente
  • Profil junior accepté
  • Une première expérience ou une bonne connaissance du chantier est indispensable
  • Un intérêt pour les métiers de la gypserie, plâtrerie et peinture
  • À l’aise aussi bien sur le terrain qu’au bureau
  • Bonne lecture de plans
  • Organisé(e), curieux(se) et à l’écoute
  • Bon relationnel avec les équipes de chantier
  • Envie d’apprendre et de monter progressivement en compétences
  • Permis de conduire souhaité
