Tu es passionné\\-e d'électronique et tu souhaites évoluer dans un environne Technicien\\-ne Électronique H/F Tu es passionné\\-e d'électronique et tu souhaites évoluer dans un environnement technologique exigeant, au sein d'une entreprise reconnue pour la qualité de ses produits et de ses innovations ? Responsabilités Diagnostiquer et réparer les circuits, composants et cartes électroniques. Identiï¬ er les causes racines des pannes, proposer des actions correctives et des améliorations design. Documenter chaque intervention de manière précise et exploitable par les équipes R\\\&D, production et SAV. Être en mesure de fournir un support technique de premier niveau auprès des partenaires et clients, gestion panne clients. Utiliser un outil de ticketing (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management ou similaire) pour assurer la traçabilité des interventions. Assurer un rôle clé dans le SAV, analyser les incidents récurrents, proposer des améliorations des produits. Communiquer clairement en anglais (oral/écrit) avec les clients internationaux. Profil CFC, Technicien\\-ne ES ou équivalent en électronique. Excellente communication en français et en anglais (oral \\+ écrit). Organisation, autonomie, rigueur documentaire. Sens aigu du service client et capacité à vulgariser un problème technique. Curiosité naturelle pour l'innovation, l'amélioration continue et la qualité produit.
