Poste à 100 % - Entrée en fonction de suite ou à convenir

Sagérime SA est une entreprise basée à Bulle, active depuis 1976 dans trois départements bien distincts : la sécurité routière, les protections de sol, les clôtures et gestions d'accès. Nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir, pour nos départements « gestion d-accès » un.e technicien.ne à 100% pour le montage et SAV des produits de gestion d-accès.

 

Votre mission : ###

Rattaché·e au chef de département, vous pilotez en autonomie l'exécution opérationnelle du département Gestion d'accès. Vous êtes la personne de référence sur le terrain pour le montage, la mise en service, le SAV et la maintenance des installations.

Vous gérez vos dossiers dans leur globalité : planification, préparation, intervention, suivi client et documentation.

 

Ce que nous attendons de vous : ###

- Préparer, installer et mettre en service les systèmes de gestion d'accès.

- Organiser et coordonner les poses ainsi que les interventions techniques.

- Diagnostiquer les pannes et effectuer les dépannages et réparations.

- Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations.

- Gérer les contrats de maintenance dans leur globalité, de la planification au suivi administratif en passant par l'exécution.

- Assurer le suivi technique et administratif dans Baubit et Odoo.

- Garantir une communication professionnelle avec les clients, la qualité des travaux, le respect des délais et la sécurité.

 

Votre profil : ###

- CFC de mécanicien·ne, automaticien·ne, installateur·rice-électricien·ne ou autre formation technique équivalente.

- Bonnes connaissances en mécanique et en électricité.

- Expérience dans le montage, la maintenance ou le dépannage d'installations techniques.

- Capacité à lire et comprendre des schémas électriques.

- Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les solutions numériques de gestion.

- Permis de conduire de catégorie B.

- Excellente maîtrise du français ; des connaissances en allemand constituent un atout.

Une expérience dans les systèmes de gestion d'accès est appréciée. Nous recherchons avant tout une personne dotée d'une solide base technique, indépendante, motivée à apprendre et prête à prendre des responsabilités.
