​ Vos responsabilités -------------------

  • Réaliser l’installation, la maintenance et le dépannage d’équipements électriques industriels selon les procédures en vigueur.
  • Assurer le contrôle et la vérification des installations (continuité, isolement, conformité fonctionnelle) conformément aux exigences techniques.
  • Lire et exploiter des schémas électriques, plans et dossiers techniques afin d’exécuter les travaux avec précision.
  • Participer aux interventions sur sites en respectant strictement les règles de sécurité et les consignes HSE.
  • Effectuer des mesures et diagnostics à l’aide d’instruments de test (multimètre, testeurs, appareils de contrôle adaptés).
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des installations et des méthodes de travail (qualité, fiabilité, réduction des arrêts).
  • Renseigner la documentation technique et les rapports d’intervention de manière claire et traçable.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production, maintenance et ingénierie pour garantir la disponibilité des installations.

Compétences requises & qualifications -----------------------------------------

  • Formation de base en électricité/électrotechnique (CFC ou formation équivalente reconnue).
  • Expérience confirmée en milieu industriel, idéalement sur des installations électriques de puissance et de distribution.
  • Connaissance solide des normes et exigences de sécurité applicables aux travaux électriques en Suisse.
  • Capacité à interpréter des schémas électriques, schémas de câblage et plans techniques.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de diagnostic et de mesure (contrôles électriques, tests de conformité, recherche de défauts).
  • Autonomie sur le terrain, sens de l’organisation et rigueur dans l’exécution des tâches.
  • Permis de conduire valide (souvent requis pour les déplacements sur sites et interventions).
  • Atout : expérience avec la maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi que la gestion de petites modifications techniques.
