Technicien·ne Responsable du Département Menuiserie (H/F) #

Dans le cadre d'un mandat confié par l'un de nos clients, entreprise reconnue dans le secteur de la menuiserie, nous recherchons un·e Technicien·ne Responsable du Département Menuiserie pour piloter les activités de fabrication, de pose et de gestion de chantiers.

Vos missions ##

  • Participer à l'acquisition et au développement de nouveaux mandats
  • Assurer la préparation et l'organisation des travaux
  • Superviser la fabrication et la pose d'ouvrages de menuiserie
  • Garantir le suivi technique et l'avancement des chantiers
  • Encadrer et former les apprentis menuisiers
  • Veiller au respect des délais, de la qualité et des exigences clients

Votre profil ##

  • CFC de menuisier·ère
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques dans le domaine de la menuiserie
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et rigueur
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication
  • Personnalité dynamique, avenante et appréciant le travail en équipe
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
  • Une formation complémentaire, des cours de perfectionnement professionnel ou des connaissances en DAO constituent un atout
