Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) hautement qualifié(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe d'usinage de précision. Votre expertise en électroérosion par enfonçage sera essentielle pour produire des composants complexes dans des matériaux exigeants, en respectant des tolérances très strictes.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Programmation et réglage : Programmer, régler et opérer de manière autonome nos machines d'électroérosion par enfonçage.
  • Préparation du travail : Identifier les besoins en électrodes, préparer les montages d'usinage et choisir les paramètres d'usinage optimaux.
  • Usinage de précision : Réaliser des opérations d'usinage complexes ou des géométries délicates.
  • Contrôle qualité : Effectuer des contrôles dimensionnels rigoureux des pièces produites à l'aide d'instruments de mesure (colonnes de mesure, MMT, etc.) pour garantir la conformité aux plans et aux normes qualité.
  • Maintenance : Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements et veiller à la propreté de la zone de travail.
  • Amélioration continue : Participer à l'optimisation des process d'usinage et des méthodes de travail.

Wir erwarten ##

Formation : Idéalement titulaire d'un diplôme en usinage / mécanique de précision (CFC, BTS, DUT, Bac Pro ou équivalent). Expérience : Minimum \[3 à 5\] ans d'expérience significative en tant qu'opérateur/programmeur sur machines d'électroérosion par enfonçage.

Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques complexes. Connaissance approfondie des principes de l'électroérosion et des fluides diélectriques. Expérience avec les commandes numériques \[ex: Heidenhain, Fanuc, AgieVision\] Notions de CFAO un plus

Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, autonomie, minutie, excellente capacité d'analyse et sens de l'organisation.
