The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités en Suisse, nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) qualifié(e) disposant d’une solide expérience en maintenance de systèmes de climatisation et de réfrigération, notamment sur des installations techniques complexes et en environnement industriel.

Le/la candidat(e) interviendra sur différents sites clients en Suisse romande et sera responsable du bon fonctionnement d’installations techniques, avec un haut degré d’autonomie dans le diagnostic et la résolution de pannes.

Le poste requiert une expérience technique significative ainsi que des compétences spécifiques dans la maintenance de systèmes HVAC complexes.

Missions principales

- Réalisation des opérations de maintenance préventive sur les installations de climatisation et de froid

- Diagnostic approfondi, analyse et réparation des pannes (maintenance corrective)

- Suivi technique et contrôle des interventions réalisées par les sous-traitants

- Planification et organisation des interventions techniques selon les priorités

- Réalisation de contrôles techniques et reporting des anomalies

- Participation ponctuelle à des interventions en électricité liée aux systèmes HVAC

- Assistance logistique lors de certaines opérations techniques (transport, montage, etc.)

- Déplacements réguliers en Suisse romande, avec interventions ponctuelles dans d’autres cantons

Profil recherché

- Formation technique en installations frigorifiques, climatisation, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent (niveau technicien confirmé ou équivalent)

- Expérience professionnelle significative (5 à 10 ans) en maintenance de systèmes HVAC, incluant une expérience sur des installations techniques complexes

- Solides connaissances en maintenance préventive et corrective appliquées aux systèmes de climatisation et de réfrigération

- Maîtrise du diagnostic technique et capacité à intervenir de manière autonome sur le terrain

Seront considérés comme un atout :

- Certification ou expérience en manipulation de fluides frigorigènes

- Formation en prévention des risques professionnels ou expérience en environnement industriel exigeant

- Connaissances en électricité appliquée aux systèmes HVAC

- Connaissance de l’espagnol

Conditions

- Contrat à durée indéterminée

- Lieu de travail : Lausanne (canton de Vaud), avec déplacements réguliers en Suisse romande et ponctuellement dans d’autres cantons

- Des déplacements ponctuels à l’étranger peuvent être requis selon les besoins de l’entreprise

- Taux d’activité : 100%

- Salaire brut annuel : 85'000 CHF – 90'000 CHF
