Afin de rejoindre notre service SAV\-CVC à Préverenges et ainsi intervenir pour le compte d'un client sur un site défini, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/une : Technicien PAC SAV (f/h) 100% Profil CFC de frigoriste et une expérience confirmée dans les dépannages et travaux de maintenance PAC. Connaissances en chauffage et formation complémentaire en électricité seraient un réel atout. Posséder de bonnes connaissances dans le domaine du solaire thermique et de ses installations. Bonne connaissance en automation et des différents systèmes actuellement sur le marché. Autonomie, capacité à trouver des solutions, polyvalence, flexibilités, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse. Entregent, orientation client, proactivité, esprit d'équipe et entrepreneurial. Flexibilité et disponibilité, proximité géographique, idéalement sur le canton de Vaud Esprit initiative, sens de l'organisation et aisance dans la communication et dans les outils informatiques usuels. Permis de conduire. Responsabilités Effectuer les interventions d'entretien SAV PAC en coordination avec tous les intervenants internes et externes. Assure les dépannages d'installations de PAC et de chauffage, établir les diagnostics de pannes et de dysfonctionnements. Apporter conseils et support technique à nos clients. Entretenir une bonne relation avec nos fournisseurs et partenaires et assurer un service de qualité et de proximité à notre clientèle. Effectuer des mises en service d'installations PAC en coordination avec nos partenaires. Engagement et participation au service de piquet.
