Technicien Qualité 80-100%

Votre mission

En tant que membre de l-équipe qualité, le Technicien Qualité soutient le processus dans son ensemble ainsi que l-usine lors de fortes périodes d-activités.

Vos responsabilités

  • Créer, gérer et contrôler les données d-étiquetage
  • Assurer les autocontrôles d-hygiène mains et surfaces
  • Organiser les dégustations internes
  • Entretenir et gérer l-échantillothèque
  • Assurer le suivi du plan d-analyse microbiologique
  • Être auditeur interne pour l-entreprise et participer aux audits externes

Votre profil

  • Profil junior avec une formation de technologue ou d-ingénieur agroalimentaire
  • Connaissance du secteur carné, un atout
  • A l-aise avec les outils informatiques usuels
  • Goût prononcé pour le terrain et le travail opérationnel
  • Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et bon sens de l'organisation
  • Maîtrise de l-allemand ou autre langue, un atout
