POUR NOTRE SITE DE VILLARS-SUR-GLÂNE, NOUS RECHERCHONS UN(E) :

Technicien qualité H/F

Directement rattaché au Responsable Qualité/Métrologie/Sécurité, votre mission sera la suivante :

Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs afin de maîtriser la qualité des produits approvisionnés ainsi que la réalisation des produits en interne, de la phase projet jusqu-à la validation par les clients.

Vous aurez pour tâches principales de :

  • Réaliser et assurer le suivi des plans de cartes de contrôle
  • Auditer les produits et process internes selon référentiels VDA 6.3 & 6.5
  • Assurer la qualification des nouveaux fournisseurs
  • Effectuer l-initialisation, la vérification et l-approbation des EMPB / PPAP des fournisseurs
  • Coordonner les activités de contrôles avec notre filiale en Chine
  • Gérer les réclamations
  • Organiser et gérer les tris faisant suite aux réclamations fournisseurs
  • Transférer les réclamations clients aux fournisseurs concernés et en assurer le suivi
  • Réaliser le suivi des analyses de faisabilité et de l-industrialisation des produits JESA
  • Réaliser les plans de surveillance
  • Réaliser des EMPB / PPAP pour nos clients
  • Apporter un soutien transversal au département Métrologie ainsi qu'aux autres services de l'entreprise lors des pics d'activité
  • Accompagner les départements de production JESA dans le cadre de l-amélioration continue
  • Key User SPC

Votre profil :

  • Formation supérieure de technicien ES en microtechniques ou polymécanicien ou équivalent, avec une expérience avérée dans un poste similaire
  • Bonnes connaissances des normes ISO 9001, du VDA 6.3 et des processus APQP
  • Connaissances des méthodologies et outils de la qualité (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, 5 why, Ishikawa, etc.)
  • Bonnes connaissances des pratiques en métrologie et bonnes connaissances en informatique
  • Bonnes compétences en allemand et en anglais
  • Programmation machine de mesure tridimensionnelle (PC-Dmis), un plus
  • Expérience dans le secteur automobile, un plus
  • Esprit d-analyse et force de proposition dans une démarche d-amélioration continue
