En vue d'un post à venir nous recherchons un Technicien qualité (H/F) dont la mission principale sera de participer activement à la mise en place de la démarche Qualité au sein d'un atelier. Activités : - Participer à la création d-un audit organisationnel afin de déterminer l-exact besoin, en utilisant au maximum les informations déjà existantes - Coopérer à l-identification des relations clients et fournisseurs - Déterminer les indicateurs basés sur la qualité entrante interne ou produite ainsi que sur la satisfaction du client - Déterminer les acteurs, actions et gestion des plans d-actions Tenir compte des priorités qui seront définies en fonction de la maturité de chaque métier - Collaborer et animer la mise en place du processus en tenant compte de la gestion de l-écart qualité - Déterminer les axes de progrès afin d-optimiser les réflexes qualité, dans les différents métiers concernés

Votre profil

Profil : - Diplôme HES/ES en mécanique, microtechnique ou équivalent complété par une formation en qualité - Plus de 5 ans d-expérience dans une fonction similaire - Connaissance requise des outils de gestion qualité préventive et curative (méthodologies de résolution de problèmes, audit de processus, 8D, 5M, QRQC) - Connaissances dans le secteur des matériaux seraient un plus Rigoureux, responsable, autonome et organisé - Capacité d'animation, d'écoute, d'analyse, de synthèse, de communication, d'adaptation et de travail en équipe Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil et souhaitez relever un nouveau défi au sein d-un environnement industriel stimulant ?
