Technicien SAV en Électroménager ###

Tâches ###

* Effectuer les dépannages du service après-vente, garantir le bon déroulement des travaux et établir des rapports d-intervention complets ad-hoc en vue du suivi (environnement, spécificités techniques, etc.).

* Contrôler les appareils en profondeur, établir des diagnostics précis et adaptés

* Collaborer étroitement avec la disposition pour la prise en charge efficace et rapide des dépannages, dans le respect des délais impartis et des plages horaires définies par la disposition

* Rédiger des rapports d-intervention et assurer le suivi des réparations.

* Adopter une attitude commerciale orientée clientèle et résultats

Qualifications ###

* CFC d-installateur-électricien, de mécanicien-électricien, d-électronicien ou formation jugée équivalente

* Expérience confirmée dans le dépannage d-électroménager

* Idéalement au bénéfice d-une autorisation de raccordement OIBT 15

* Autonome, flexible et bien organisé

* Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexe

* Excellentes compétences en communication et orientation client.

* Permis de conduire valable en Suisse.
