Votre mission

Rattaché(e) et en étroite collaboration avec le responsable des opérations, vous assurez la performance et la fiabilité des équipements de nos clients. Vos responsabilités incluent :

- Maintenance & Réparation : Réaliser les révisions, les dépannages et les travaux de maintenance sur les machines, directement sur site client ou au sein de notre atelier - Diagnostic : Identifier, analyser et résoudre rapidement les pannes et les dysfonctionnements techniques -Conseil & Formation : Accompagner, conseiller et former les clients pour garantir une utilisation optimale et sécurisée de leurs ma-chines - Suivi technique : Élaborer les listes de pièces détachées et documenter les interventions pour l’établissement des offres de réparations futures

Votre profil

  • Formation : Titulaire d’un CFC d’automaticien, de polymécanicien ou d’un titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire de technicien(ne) SAV
  • Compétences clés : Maîtrise de la programmation de machines-outils (une expérience spécifique sur Fanuc est indispensable) et excellente aisance avec les outils informatiques
  • Langues : De langue maternelle française, bonnes connaissances en anglais et/ou en allemand est un plus
  • Permis : Permis de conduire de catégorie B obligatoire (déplacements réguliers à prévoir)

Vous êtes une personne ingénieuse, polyvalente et profondément passionnée par la technique. Reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe et votre sens de la collaboration, vous savez également travailler de manière autonome et organisée. Votre excellent relationnel et votre orientation client font de vous un(e) ambassadeur/drice de confiance pour notre société.
