Pour le compte de notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons un Technicien Support N2 \- PowerShell (f/m/d) chargé d'assurer le support technique de niveau 2 tout en développant et automatisant des solutions PowerShell pour optimiser les activités de support et d'administration.

Ta mission

  • Développer et maintenir des scripts PowerShell afin d'automatiser les tâches d'administration, de support et de déploiement.
  • Assurer le support technique de niveau 2, analyser les incidents et apporter des solutions adaptées aux utilisateurs.
  • Administrer et exploiter les environnements Microsoft, notamment SCCM, Intune et Entra ID.
  • Participer à la gestion et à l'amélioration des outils d'automatisation et de déploiement, notamment Universal, GitHub et UniFlow.
  • Documenter les scripts, procédures et solutions mises en place et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de support.

Ton profil ----------

  • CFC en informatique ou formation technique équivalente, avec une première expérience professionnelle en environnement IT.
  • Bonnes connaissances de PowerShell et intérêt marqué pour le développement de scripts et l'automatisation, dans un poste réparti à environ 60 % développement et 40 % support.
  • Connaissances de l'écosystème Microsoft et idéalement de plusieurs technologies parmi SCCM, Intune, Entra ID, GitHub, Universal et UniFlow.
  • Bon niveau d'anglais permettant d'évoluer dans un environnement professionnel international ; une première expérience dans le secteur bancaire constitue un atout.
  • Résidence en Suisse ou volonté de s'y relocaliser, avec disponibilité pour une prise de poste rapide. (pas de télétravail)
