Description du job ###

Responsabilités principales

  • Diagnostiquer les problématiques de vernissage / peinture / laquage et mettre en place des solutions concrètes afin de garantir la sortie de pièces conformes
  • Stabiliser, structurer et formaliser les standards liés à la préparation, au mélange des couleurs, à l'ajustement des teintes, à l'application et au contrôle du vernissage
  • Maîtriser les paramètres d'application, notamment la pulvérisation, la régularité des couches, l'épaisseur du vernis et la prévention des défauts esthétiques
  • Assurer le bon réglage, la calibration et le suivi des équipements de vernissage, en lien avec les équipes concernées
  • Mettre en place une base de connaissances technique robuste afin de capitaliser le savoir-faire et éviter sa perte dans le temps
  • Accompagner l'industrialisation et la fiabilisation du département vernissage, dans une logique de processus durable et reproductible
  • Former, transmettre et accompagner l'équipe d'environ 15 personnes, tout en collaborant avec les services Qualité, Méthodes, Industrialisation et Production

Profil ###

Profil souhaité

  • Expérience solide en vernissage, peinture ou laquage, idéalement dans le domaine du cadran horloger ou d'un environnement industriel à forte exigence qualité
  • Très bonne maîtrise des procédés de préparation, formulation et mélange des couleurs, ajustement des teintes, application peinture / vernis et contrôle esthétique
  • Capacité à intervenir concrètement sur le terrain pour résoudre les problèmes de production, régler les paramètres d'application et sécuriser la sortie des pièces
  • Connaissances appréciées en calibration, maintenance de premier niveau et bon fonctionnement des équipements de vernissage
  • Expérience dans la structuration de processus, la rédaction de standards, la mise en place de procédures et la capitalisation du savoir-faire
  • Goût marqué pour la transmission, la formation des équipes et la construction d'une expertise durable au sein d'un département
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens pratique, orientation solutions et capacité à travailler dans un environnement international
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié
