In dieser Rolle als Techniker hast du die Möglichkeit, den Kundenservice Home und Business der Geschäftsstelle Zürich (Zweigbüro in Bäch SZ) entscheidend zu unterstützen. Techniker Home \& Business 80 \- 100 % (m/w/d) Was du bewirkst Du realisierst spannende Projekte und bringst deine Ideen ein. Du montierst neue Einbruch\- und Videoüberwachungsanlagen, setzt sie in Betrieb und übergibst sie an unsere Kunden. Du hältst bestehende Anlagen instand und erweiterst sie, um höchste Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Du berätst und betreust unsere Kunden kompetent in allen technischen Fragen und sorgst für Vertrauen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Projektleiter, Serviceleiter und den Elektrikern zusammen \- Teamwork ist für dich selbstverständlich. Nach deiner Einführungsphase übernimmst du verantwortungsvoll Pikettdienste. Du begeisterst unsere Kunden mit deinem Einsatz und sorgst für höchste Zufriedenheit. Du bist in der gesamten Schweiz für unsere Kunden im Einsatz. Was du mitbringst Mit deiner technischen Grundausbildung (z. B. Elektroinstallateur, Automatiker, Telematiker o.Ä.) bringst du die ideale Basis mit. Erfahrung in der Sicherheitstechnik ist ein wertvolles Plus. Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der IT\- und Netzwerktechnik. Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst vorausschauend und überzeugst mit einer zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise, auf die sich unsere Kunden verlassen können. Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Kategorie B.
