Techniker:in Facility Management

Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.

Du bist verantwortlich für die Gebäudetechnik und Ansprechpartner:in für unseren Kunden im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik. Zu deinem Aufgabengebiet gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Fachverantwortung im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik und der Instandhaltung
  • Betreuen aller haustechnischen Anlagen (HLKSE)
  • Überwachen und Durchführen von Wartungen/Inspektionen gemäss Instandhaltungsplanung
  • Beraten der Eigentümerschaft in sämtlichen technischen Gewerken
  • Administrative Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Reparaturarbeiten der haustechnischen Infrastruktur
  • Planen, Organisieren und Umsetzen von Projekten im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik
  • Optimieren der Betriebskosten im Gebäude mit innovativen Ideen und Sicherstellen der Kundenzufriedenheit mit Ihrem dienstleistungsorientierten Auftreten
  • Pikettdienst

Du bezeichnest dich als Dienstleister:in aus innerster Überzeugung. Ein positives Feedback zu deinen Leistungen motiviert dich und spornt dich zu weiteren Topleistungen an. Zudem bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich HLKS oder Elektro
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Anlagen und Systemen
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich des Gebäudebetriebs
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Gebäudeleitsystemen
  • Gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Fahrausweis Kat. B
  • Teamplayer
  • Ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke
  • Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst
