Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Industrialisierung und Serienüberführung neuer Produkte unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen von Produktion, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Teilprojektleitung und Vertretung der Produktion bei Entwicklungs\- und Industrialisierungsprojekten
  • Koordination von Produktänderungen und Serienanläufen sowie Begleitung der Umsetzung im Werk
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau, der Inbetriebnahme sowie bei der Validierung von Prototypen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen zur Steigerung von Qualität, Effizienz und Prozesssicherheit
  • Technische Unterstützung der Produktion bei produkt\- und prozessbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Moderation und Koordination technischer Abstimmungen zwischen Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten im produktionsnahen Umfeld

Ihr Profil

Was du mitbringst

  • Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF oder abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Bachelor) in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Begeisterung für technische Produkte, Produktionsprozesse und industrielle Fertigung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1\-Niveau)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2\-Niveau)
