Technische(n) Verkaufsberater/\-in Industrie Innendienst (100 %)

Ihre Rolle

In einem komplexen Produktumfeld sind die der Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Kollegen im Aussendienst, um individuelle Lösungen zu finden und anzubieten. Mit Ihrem technischen Know\-How sind Sie Berater, Verkäufer, Problemlöser und tragen zur Entwicklung unserer Technikabteilung bei.

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Unterstützung des Kunden, um seinen Bedarf innerhalb seiner Anwendungen zu identifizieren.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst für komplexe Kundenprojekte
  • Lösungen recherchieren und offerieren
  • Reklamationen analysieren und dokumentieren
  • Kundenanfragen und \-bestellungen via Mail, Telefon oder WhatsApp entgegennehmen und bearbeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten für die Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments und neuer Lösungen
  • Aktiver Ausbau der Fachkompetenz für Filtrationslösungen aller Art.

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung im Bereich HLK/HVAC, Entstaubung, Unterhalt im Industriebereich o.ä.
  • Sie sprechen Verhandlungssicher Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch oder jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit diversen Microsoftanwendungen, idealerweise Dynamics.
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Initiative und Sorgfalt zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Bemerkenswerte Kundenorientierung und Geschäftssinn
