Conseiller(ère) technique en ventes internes industrie (100 %) ##

Votre rôle ###

Dans un environnement produit complexe, vous êtes l'interlocuteur pour les clients et les collègues du service commercial externe afin de trouver et proposer des solutions individuelles. Avec votre savoir-faire technique, vous êtes conseiller, vendeur, solutionneur de problèmes et contribuez au développement de notre département technique.

 

Votre mission ###

  • Soutenir le client pour identifier ses besoins dans ses applications.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service commercial externe pour des projets clients complexes.
  • Rechercher et proposer des solutions.
  • Analyser et documenter les réclamations.
  • Recevoir et traiter les demandes et commandes clients par mail, téléphone ou WhatsApp.
  • Participer à des projets internes pour le développement de la gamme et de nouvelles solutions.
  • Développer activement votre expertise en solutions de filtration de toutes sortes.

 

Votre profil ###

  • Formation technique et/ou expérience dans le domaine CVC/HVAC, dépoussiérage, maintenance industrielle ou similaire.
  • Vous parlez couramment l'allemand, le français, l'italien ou toute autre langue est un atout.
  • Maîtrise des diverses applications Microsoft, idéalement Dynamics.
  • Travail autonome, initiative et rigueur vous caractérisent.
  • Orientation client remarquable et sens des affaires.
