Im Rahmen eines längerfristigen Projekts bei einem unserer Kunden, einem Energieversorger im Raum Zürich, suchen wir eine / einen

Mitarbeiter/in Projektierung und Inventarisierung Netz\-Services

Sie verstärken das Tagesgeschäft in den Teilprozessen Projektierung und Inventarisierung: technisch\-administrative Bearbeitung von Installationsaufträgen rund um Mess\-, Steuer\- und Kommunikationsgeräte sowie Analyse und Nachführung bei Störungen.

Projektierung

  • Selbständige Bearbeitung der Geschäftsfälle und Aufträge im Teilprozess Projektierung
  • Analyse, Festlegung, Erstellung und Bearbeitung eingehender Aufträge im Bereich Mess\-, Steuer\- und Kommunikationsgeräte
  • Erfassung und Aktualisierung auftragsrelevanter Informationen in SAP und weiteren Systemen
  • Technische und administrative Auftragsübergabe, Unterstützung und Begleitung der Aufträge
  • Überprüfung technischer Installationsdaten und Pflege der Stammdaten
  • Vorbereitung, Parametrierung und Bereitstellung von Mess\-, Steuer\- und KommunikationsgerätenKoordination und Abstimmung mit der Realisierung

Inventarisierung

  • Selbständige Bearbeitung der Geschäftsfälle im Prozessschritt Inventarisierung
  • Analyse von Störungsfällen in den Systemen
  • Einleitung und Begleitung der erforderlichen Behebungsaufträge
  • Verwaltung des Materials in den Bereitstellungslagern
  • Pflege der zugehörigen Stammdaten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Elektroplaner/in EFZ, Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ oder Telematiker/in EFZ
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Projektierung und Installation von Elektro\- und Kommunikationsinstallationen und/oder in der Störungsanalyse solcher Anlagen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere MS\-Office\- und PC\-Kenntnisse
  • Ideal: erste SAP\-Erfahrung und Affinität zu Mess\-, Steuer\- und Kommunikationsgeräten
  • Teamorientiert, proaktiv und selbstständig; analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken; präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
