Wir suchen eine Macherin oder einen Macher, die oder der mit anpackt und uns als Technische:r Berater:in Innendienst unterstützt.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Optimale technische Verkaufsunterstützung der zugeteilten Verkaufs\-Aussendienstmitarbeiter:innen
  • Gesamte Bearbeitung der Angebots\- und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Mündlicher und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Kundschaft und unseren Niederlassungen
  • Kompetente Beratung in allen installationstechnischen Belangen
  • Kontrolle der Angebote und Aufträge auf technische und kaufmännische Korrektheit
  • Lieferterminüberwachung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Technische Dokumentationen bzw. Unterlagen zusammenstellen

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Ausbildung als Heizungsinstallateur:in, Heizungs\- oder Gebäudetechnikplaner:in, Sanitärinstallateur:in oder ähnlich \- kombiniert mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung
  • Gute Kompetenzen zur Kommunikation mit internen Partnern und externer Kundschaft
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse MS Office
  • Dienstleistungs\-Denken und Teamfähigkeit
