  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmannfrau Betriebsunterhalt, Hauswartin oder Grundausbildung im HLKSE\-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Du betreust vor Ort mehrere Liegenschaften und bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Bereich Gebäudetechnik. Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Du betreust vor Ort Objekte und bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Nutzer.
  • Du stellst den technischen und infrastrukturellen Betrieb der Liegenschaften sicher.
  • Du führst Reparatur\- und Unterhaltsarbeiten an haustechnischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen aus.
  • Du koordinierst und überwachst Service\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Heizungs\-, Lüftungs\-, Klima\- und Sanitäranlagen.
  • Du erstellst Offerten und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Kundenaufträgen.
  • Du wirkst bei der Planung und Realisierung von Projekten mit.
  • Du übernimmst Pikettdienste und trägst zu einem störungsfreien Betrieb bei.
