Als qualifiziertes Unternehmen betreuen wir unsere Kundschaft engagiert, zuverlässig und mit hoher Fachkompetenz, in der Deutschschweiz wie auch im Grossraum Lausanne. Für unseren Standort Aarau, mitten im lebendigen Aeschbachquartier, das Wohnen, Arbeiten und urbanes Leben verbindet, suchen wir per 1\. Oktober 2026 eine motivierte, zuverlässige und initiative Persönlichkeit als Technische:r Hauswart:in 100% Ihre Aufgaben Sicherstellen des reibungslosen technischen und infrastrukturellen Betriebs Überwachen, Betreiben und Instandhalten sämtlicher haustechnischer Anlagen (HLKSE), inklusive Gebäudeleitsysteme und Schliessanlagen Organisieren und Bearbeiten von technischen Service\-Desk\-Tickets Koordinieren, Einweisen und Überwachen externer Dienstleister Ansprechperson für Mieterinnen und Mieter sowie Sicherstellen einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung Erfassen von Aufwänden sowie Führen von Objektjournalen Teilnahme am Pikettdienst im Turnus Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich HLKSE oder als Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ Weiterbildung als Hauswart:in oder Instandhaltungsfachmann/\-frau mit eidg. Fachausweis Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gebäudeleitsystemen Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Führerausweis Kategorie B zwingend Deutsch als Muttersprache oder sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ihre Chance Wir bieten eine anspruchsvolle und vielfältige Position in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
