Deine Aufgaben Wartung, Kontrolle, Überwachung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung an elektrischen sowie mechanischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen, Maschinen und Gebäudetechnik, Sicherstellung des Betriebs der Infrastruktur Durchführung von Installationen und Umbauten im Bereich Niederspannungseinrichtungen Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von technischen Projekten, z.B. Um\- oder Rückbauten sowie Stilllegung von Objekten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits\- und Qualitätsstandards Beauftragung, Führung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister (Behörden, Feuerwehr, Mieter, etc.) Planung und Durchführung von Instandhaltung sowie Pflege des Areals Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheiten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bewirtschaftung \& weiteren Abteilungen (Asset Management, Areal\- und Projektentwicklung, Realisierung) Präsenz auf dem Areal, Verantwortung und Durchsetzung der Arealordnung (Gewährleistung und ggf. Wiederherstellung der Arealsicherheit) Möglichkeit zur Stellvertretung vom Teamleiter FM Biberist Dein Profil Vorzugsweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur, Automatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Bsp.
