Für die Hustech AG am Standort Effretikon suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Technische/r Sachbearbeiter/in Elektro EFZ, die unser Team mit Fachwissen und Freude unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

Projektadministration:Unterstützung bei der Administration und Abwicklung von Projekten sowie bei der Koordination der anfallenden Aufgaben Offertwesen:Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Offerten für Kleinaufträge sowie Bearbeitung von kleineren Nachträgen Material \& Lieferanten:Einholen von Lieferantenofferten, Materialanfragen und selbständige Auslösung von Bestellungen Projektunterlagen:Vorbereitung, Pflege und Nachführung von Projektunterlagen und technischen Dokumentationen Technische Unterlagen:Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von einfachen Installationsplänen, Schemas und technischen Unterlagen Rapportwesen:Kontrolle, Aufbereitung und sorgfältige Nachführung der Rapportunterlagen Fakturierung:Vorbereitung der erforderlichen Unterlagen für eine korrekte und termingerechte Fakturierung Serviceadministration:Administrative Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Serviceaufträgen Büroorganisation: Allgemeine technische und administrative Unterstützung des Projektteams im Büro

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Elektroinstallateur/\-in EFZ oder Elektroplaner/in EFZ und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Gute IT\-Kenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent für technische sowie auch administrative Aufgaben
  • Eine saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und eine hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Du bist kommunikativ, teamfähig, flexibel und belastbar
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und ein sicheres, gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbständig sowie auch im Team und bist bereit, mitzudenken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
