Sie haben einen technischen Beruf gelernt, beispielsweise in der Heizungs\-, Sanitär\-, Automobil\- oder Landmaschinenbranche, und möchten Ihr Wissen künftig im Büro einsetzen? Bei uns identifizieren und beschaffen Sie die richtigen Ersatzteile, beraten unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und bearbeiten Aufträge am PC.

Sie denken technisch, arbeiten gerne am Computer und haben Freude am Kundenkontakt?* Dann erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe in einem eingespielten Team, eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre und eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung. *Auch Quereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ersatzteile anhand von Kundenangaben und technischen Unterlagen identifizieren
  • Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch und per E\-Mail kompetent beraten
  • Ersatzteile bei Lieferanten anfragen und beschaffen
  • Bestellungen und Aufträge im ERP\-System erfassen und bearbeiten
  • Liefertermine überwachen und offene Aufträge koordinieren
  • Technische Stammdaten und Dokumentationen pflegen

  • Technischer Hintergrund, beispielsweise in der Heizungs\-, Sanitär\-, Automobil\- oder Landmaschinenbranche
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und eine praktische, lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer
  • Freude am telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
