DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Selbstständige Abwicklung von Ersatzteilaufträgen von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Aufträgen, Lieferungen und Fakturen
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenkontakt im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Klärung technischer Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen
  • Koordination mit Einkauf, Logistik und Technik
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Pflege von Auftrags- und Statusdaten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Mitarbeit bei der Lösungsfindung

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Ersatzteilverkauf
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
  • Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift (zwingend)
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, vorzugsweise Niveau B2
