Suhr ist eine wachsende, lebendige Gemeinde in der Region Aarau mit über 11’500 Einwohne-rinnen und Einwohnern. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams bei der Bauverwaltung suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine fachkundige Persönlichkeit im Bauwesen mit guten administrativen Kenntnissen als

technische/r Sachbearbeiter/in Liegenschaften 100 %

Die Bauverwaltung Suhr ist verantwortlich für das Bewilligungswesen, den Umweltschutz, die Organisation von Hoch- und Tiefbauarbeiten, die öffentlichen Liegenschaften, das Bauamt, das Schwimmbad und die Hausdienste. Die Einwohnergemeinde ist Eigentümerin von zahlreichen Anlagen und Einrichtungen.

Ihre Aufgaben: - Verantwortung für das gesamte Liegenschafts-Portfolio - Technisches und kaufmännisches Gebäudemanagement - Budgetierung des Liegenschaftenunterhalts - Betreuung Mietwesen von gemeindeeigenen Liegenschaften - Mitarbeit in Kommissionen - Erstellen von Protokollen

Ihre Voraussetzungen: - Berufsausbildung im Bauwesen und kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse - Weiterbildung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung von Vorteil - Selbständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise - Guter mündlicher und schriftlicher Ausdruck - Freude am Kontakt mit der Bevölkerung, Behörden und Berufsleuten
