Dans ce rôle polyvalent, vous coordonnez les prestations de service techniques, assurez le bon déroulement des opérations et êtes un interlocuteur important pour les clients internes et externes.

Votre domaine d-activité

  • Vous coordonnez les prestations de service pour les installations clients et veillez à ce que les commandes soient saisies et traitées dans les délais dans les systèmes pertinents
  • Vous élaborez soigneusement les offres, documents contractuels et factures, contribuant ainsi à un service client sans faille
  • Vous soutenez les chefs de projet dans les tâches administratives du quotidien
  • Vous répondez de manière compétente et orientée solution aux demandes des clients concernant les contrats, factures, prestations de service ou l-état d-avancement du traitement
  • Vous entretenez les données contractuelles, de projet et clients dans divers systèmes ICT et contribuez à une haute qualité des données
  • Vous analysez les résultats des inspections, préparez des rapports et soutenez la planification des mesures d-entretien ultérieures

Ce que vous apportez

  • Vous disposez d-un apprentissage achevé dans le domaine commercial, électrotechnique ou un domaine comparable
  • Le contact avec les clients vous plaît et vous vous montrez aimable et engageant
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance en allemand et idéalement possédez également des connaissances orales en français
  • Vous assimilez rapidement les nouveaux systèmes ICT et travaillez en toute sécurité avec les applications numériques ; SAP PM ou Dynamics 365 CRM sont un avantage
  • Une manière de travailler soigneuse et structurée ainsi qu-une grande conscience de la qualité vous caractérisent
  • L-ouverture, l-honnêteté et une collaboration collégiale sont pour vous une évidence et vous aimez travailler en équipe
