Das sind deine Möglichkeiten und Aufgaben: Mit deinem technischen Verständnis analysierst du Störungen an PV\-Anlagen und sorgst für eine schnelle und nachhaltige Lösungsfindung Durch die Überwachung von Anlagedaten erkennst du Fehler frühzeitig und unterstützt die Koordination gezielter Massnahmen Mit deiner Organisation koordinierst du Service\-, Wartungs\- und Reparatureinsätze und unterstützt unsere Servicetechniker bei technischen Fragestellungen Als kompetente Ansprechperson betreust du unsere Kundinnen und Kunden im 1st Level Support und bearbeitest technische Anliegen telefonisch sowie schriftlich Mit deinen Ideen entwickelst du unsere Serviceprozesse und digitalen Werkzeuge kontinuierlich weiter Was zeichnet dich aus: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B.
