Technische\r Sachbearbeiter\in Schutzbauten als Schutzraumkontrolleur\*in Sie sind eine erfahrene, engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bauwesen, die mit Drive, Weitblick und echter Wirkung mitgestalten möchte? Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung tatkräftige Unterstützung für unsere Abteilung Immobilien. Technische\r Sachbearbeiter\in Schutzbauten als Schutzraumkontrolleur\*in Schutz \& Rettung Zürich (SRZ) vereinigt als Dienstabteilung des Sicherheitsdepartements die Berufs\- und Milizfeuerwehr, die Sanität sowie die Einsatzleitzentrale (ELZ) für die Notrufe 144 und 118\. Ausserdem gehören Zivilschutz, Feuerpolizei und ein Ausbildungszentrum mit angegliederter Höherer Fachschule für Rettungsberufe (HFRB) zur grössten zivilen Rettungsorganisation der Schweiz. Interventions\- und Präventionseinheiten schützen und retten rund um die Uhr Menschen, Tiere, Sachwerte und die Umwelt in der Stadt Zürich, auf dem Flughafen Zürich und in der Agglomeration. Aufgaben Technische Überprüfung von Schutzraumhüllen, Panzertüren, Notausstiegen und Ventilationsaggregaten. Funktionskontrolle der Überdruckventile und Explosionsschutzventile Prüfung der Einsatzbereitschaft der Schutzraumausrüstung (z.B. Trockentoiletten, Liegestellen) sowie Abnahmen und Genehmigung von erstellten Schutzräumen Terminvereinbarung und Koordination mit Hauseigentümern und Liegenschaftsverwaltungen Erstellung von Mängelprotokollen, rechtliche Einforderung der Behebungsfristen sowie diverse weitere administrative Tätigkeiten Profil Abgeschlossene handwerklich\-technische Berufslehre (EFZ im Bau\- oder Nebengewerbe) Absolvierter Zertifikatskurs zum Schutzraumkontrolleur (BABS/Kanton) oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu absolvieren Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse sowie stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Hohe Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit der Bevölkerung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit Ausgeprägte Koordinationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und ausgeglichene Persönlichkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative und starke Kundenorientierung Wir bieten Anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Tätigkeit in einem kleineren Team mit langfristiger Perspektive Enge Zusammenarbeit und fachlicher Austausch mit städtischen und kantonalen Stellen Zentral gelegener Arbeitsplatz in Zürich sowie Möglichkeit zu Mobile Office Fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen mit Jahresarbeitszeit, attraktiven Nebenleistungen (z.B.
