About Our Client ##

Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich Kabelverbindungssysteme und Elektrozubehör, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Technischen Account Manager im Aussendienst (a). Wir wenden uns an eine verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung sowie einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Netzelektriker EFZ (zwingend). Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit viel Eigenverantwortung in einem dynamischen und innovativen Umfeld.

Job Description ##

  • Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden im zugeteilten Verkaufsgebiet
  • Laufende Pflege und Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie Identifikation, Akquisition und nachhaltige Entwicklung von Neukunden
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Erweiterung des Kundenportfolios
  • Beobachtung von Markttrends und externen Einflussfaktoren sowie Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
  • Verantwortung für Auftragseingang, Umsatz und Margen innerhalb der zugeteilten Kundengruppen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Teilnahme an Fachmessen sowie Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Schulungen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Steuerung des Budgets im eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Netzelektriker/in oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung, z. B. Berufsprüfung, höhere Fachprüfung, Studium im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Stromverteilungsnetze
  • Selbstständige, proaktive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 60 %) für Kundenbesuche, Messen und Schulungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres und durchsetzungsfähiges Auftreten
  • Versierter Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
