Job Description ##

  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen in der gesamten Deutschschweiz
  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Identifikation neuer Markt- und Geschäftspotenziale
  • Technische Beratung von Kunden, Planern, Bauunternehmen und weiteren Ansprechpartnern
  • Präsentation und Demonstration unserer Produkte und Lösungen direkt beim Kunden
  • Erarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst und weiteren Fachabteilungen
  • Begleitung von Projekten von der ersten Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Beobachtung des Marktes sowie der relevanten Entwicklungen und Trends in der Baubranche
  • Teilnahme an Messen, Fachveranstaltungen und Kundenevents
  • Selbstständige Planung und Organisation der Kundenbesuche und Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Pflege der Kundendaten und systematische Dokumentation der Aktivitäten im CRM

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Baubranche
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Verkauf, Aussendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse und ein bestehendes Netzwerk innerhalb der Schweizer Baubranche von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein überzeugendes, professionelles Auftreten
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit mit viel Bewegung und direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Führerausweis Kat. B und Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Reisen innerhalb der Deutschschweiz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
