Job Description ##

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Industrie- und Produktionskund:innen im eigenen Verkaufsgebiet
  • Aktive Gewinnung neuer Kund und Identifikation zusätzlicher Verkaufspotenziale
  • Technische Beratung zu Komponenten, Anwendungen und kundenspezifischen Lösungen
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, Bedarfsgesprächen und Produktpräsentationen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit Innendienst und Technik
  • Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Produktionsleitenden, Instandhaltung, Einkauf und Engineering
  • Marktbeobachtung sowie Erkennen neuer Anwendungen und Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Pflege von Verkaufschancen, Kundeninformationen und Aktivitäten im CRM

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Technische Grundausbildung, z. B. als Polymechaniker, Automatiker, Elektroniker, Produktionsmechaniker, Konstrukteur oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, technischen Verkauf, Aussendienst oder in einer kundenorientierten technischen Funktion
  • Gutes Verständnis industrieller Prozesse und Freude an technischen Produkten
  • Interesse daran, sich langfristig im Vertrieb weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kommunikationsstarke, lösungsorientierte und verbindliche Persönlichkeit
  • Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Freude an selbständiger Gebietsbetreuung
  • Regionale Verankerung im Aargau oder angrenzenden Mittelland von Vorteil
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch und/oder Französisch von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
