Job Description ##

  • Technische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden im Bereich Spritzguss
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Erarbeitung individueller technischer Lösungen
  • Betreuung bestehender Kunden und aktive Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, technischen Abklärungen und Produktpräsentationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Auslegung geeigneter Produkte und Lösungen
  • Begleitung von Projekten von der Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachstellen, Lieferanten und Partnern
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Branchenveranstaltungen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Werkzeugbau, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Spritzguss und ein gutes Verständnis der entsprechenden Prozesse und Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung im technischen Verkauf oder Aussendienst von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, kundenspezifische Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit überzeugendem Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Kundenreisen in der Schweiz und gegebenenfalls im angrenzenden Ausland
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
