Du planst, koordinierst und steuerst die Einsätze unserer ICT-Technikteams und sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge effizient, termingerecht und kundenorientiert ausgeführt werden. Dabei behältst du auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen den Überblick und trägst wesentlich zu einem reibungslosen operativen Betrieb bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Du koordinierst und disponierst Serviceaufträge unter Berücksichtigung von Kompetenzen, Verfügbarkeit, Region, Prioritäten und Service Levels. Du planst tägliche Einsätze und optimierst Fahrtrouten für einen effizienten Ressourceneinsatz. Du vereinbarst Termine mit Kundinnen und Kunden und stellst eine professionelle Kommunikation sicher. Du überwachst laufende Aufträge, erkennst Handlungsbedarf frühzeitig und leitest die erforderlichen Massnahmen ein. Du reagierst flexibel auf Ausfälle, Störungen oder kurzfristige Änderungen und passt die Einsatzplanung entsprechend an. Du bearbeitest Anfragen über die Dispatcher-Mailbox und stellst die Nachverfolgung offener Pendenzen sicher. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen wie Order Handling, Workload Management und Project Coordination zusammen. Du pflegst und aktualisierst relevante Daten in den eingesetzten Planungssystemen. Du erkennst Risiken und Kapazitätsengpässe frühzeitig und bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge aktiv ein. Du unterstützt bei Bedarf andere Dispositionsgebiete und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur gegenseitigen Vertretung im Team.

Das bringst du mit

Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, Einsatzplanung oder einer vergleichbaren koordinativen Funktion Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld Prioritäten richtig zu setzen Kommunikationsstärke und ein professionelles Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Planungstools und IT-Anwendungen Kenntnisse in WFM und mRIC sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
