Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und wirtschaftlichen Betriebs der Gebäude sowie der dazugehörigen technischen Infrastruktur unter Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften
  • Selbstständige Durchführung und Koordination von Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie Dokumentation der ausgeführten Massnahmen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Konfiguration der Systeme im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung und Klima
  • Koordination und fachliche Abstimmung mit externen Planern, Dienstleistern sowie internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Investitions- und Unterhaltsbudgets
  • Begleitung von Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Elektro oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH im Bereich Facility Management oder ähnlich ist ein grosses Plus
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Facility Management, in der Gebäudebewirtschaftung oder einem verwandten Umfeld
  • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Budgets und Investitionen
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Koordinationstalent verbunden mit einer selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Piketteinsätzen
