  • Kommunikation: Erste Ansprechperson für den Kunden und die Mieterschaft
  • Wartung und Betrieb: Gewährleistung eines störungsfreien Betriebs sämtlicher technischer Anlagen durch regelmässige Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten gemäss
  • Wartungsplan sowie unter Berücksichtigung aktueller technischer Standards
  • Störungsmanagement: Bearbeitung eingehender Tickets sowie selbstständige Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Verwaltungstools: Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres CAFM-Systems sowie des Auftragsmanagements
  • Projektmanagement: Unterstützung bei externen Projekten durch:
  • Erstellung von Bedarfsanforderungen und Prüfung von Offerten
  • Betreuung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister während der Umsetzung
  • Mithilfe bei der Durchführung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Leiter sowie in Abstimmung mit der Kundschaft und internen Vorgaben
  • Materialverwaltung: Überwachung des Material- und Ersatzteilbestands sowie fristgerechte Nachbestellung
  • Optimierung: Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Optimierungsmassnahmen
  • Technische Räume: Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit, Ordnung und einwandfreie Funktionsfähigkeit aller technischen Räumlichkeiten
  • Rufbereitschaft: Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst (Nacht- und Wochenendpikett) gemäss Einsatzplanung
  • Entsorgung: Fachgerechte Trennung, Entsorgung und Bereitstellung von Abfällen gemäss internen Vorgaben sowie gesetzlichen Umwelt- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Umgebungsarbeiten: Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit, Ordnung rund um die Liegenschaft inklusive Pflege der Grünbereiche

Ihr Profil: ###

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik, Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt. Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ, Sanitär/in EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum Gebäudetechniker * Berufserfahrung: Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion oder entsprechend ausgewiesene Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung * Fachliche Qualifikationen: NIV-Bewilligung gemäss Art. 13 oder 15 von Vorteil. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Word und Excel * Persönliche Kompetenzen: * Selbständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft * Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Pünktlichkeit * Kommunikationsstärke sowie professioneller, freundlicher Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern * Sicheres Einbringen technischer Expertise * Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und gepflegtes Auftreten Bereitschaft, den Betrieb aktiv mitzugestalten und sich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
