Für \- LA ROCHE in Kaiseraugst AG , suchen wir Sie als technischen Hauswart / bzw. Facility Technician für den Unterhalt der technischen Gebäudeinfrastuktur.

Jobbeschreibung

Sie sorgen dafür, dass die technische Gebäudeausrüstung zuverlässig läuft, und zwar behördenkonform und wirtschaftlich über die gesamte Nutzungsdauer der Gebäude.

* Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sowie des behördenkonformen und wirtschaftlichen Anlagenbetriebs * Durchführung von technischen Gebäude\- und Anlageninspektionen, Störungsbehebungen und Instandhaltungen * Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Anlagen in Bezug auf Energie und Kosten * Betreuung von Fremdfirmen * GMP\-gerechte Dokumentation * Pikettdienst * Mitarbeit in spannenden, abwechslungsreichen Projekten * Aktiver Austausch mit den Fachbereichen und Mitarbeit in selbstorganisierten Teams Gesuchtes Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik (z.B. Automatiker/in, Lüftungsmonteur/in), idealerweise Instandhaltungsfachperson
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und in der Instandhaltung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Grundkenntnisse in IT\-Anwendungen (Office, SAP o.ä.)
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierung und Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
