Technischen Kundenberater (a)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und technische Unterstützung von Servicetechnikern
  • Betreuung Handelsprodukte
  • Planung und Durchführungen von Schulungen
  • Techn. Support von Händlern und Grosskunden
  • Bearbeitung Garantieanfragen
  • Vertretungen im Büro Kundendienst

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene techn. Berufslehre evtl. techn. oder ähnliches
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Deutsche Muttersprache und sehr gute ösisch\-Kenntnisse
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS\-Office\-Anwendungen
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Staplerbereich von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit zählen zu deinen Stärken
  • Dein Erscheinungsbild ist gepflegt, Du verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten mit guten Umgangsformen
