Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische und kaufmännische Betreuung und Beratung von Fachkunden im Bereich Klima-, Kälte- und Wärmepumpentechnik
  • Beratung zu Mitsubishi Electric und LG Klimalösungen sowie Unterstützung bei der technischen Produktauswahl
  • Erstellung, Kalkulation und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Selbstständige Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Koordination der gesamten Auftragsabwicklung von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferscheinfreigabe
  • Sicherstellung von Lieferterminen, Preisen, Verfügbarkeit und technischer Ausführung
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Fachkunden bei technischen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Kälte-, Gebäude- oder Elektrotechnik mit entsprechender Branchenerfahrung
  • Zwingend Berufserfahrung im Bereich Klima-, Kälte- und/oder Wärmepumpentechnik
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis im Bereich Klima- und Klimalösungen
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenberatung und Kundenbetreuung
  • Erfahrung in der technischen und kaufmännischen Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sicheres Verständnis für Angebote, Kalkulationen, Preise und technische Produktauswahl
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstarke und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
