Ein etabliertes Unternehmen sucht Verstärkung im Verkaufsinnendienst für die technische Kundenberatung und Auftragsabwicklung. Das Unternehmen ist spezialisiert auf den Aus- und Umbau von Kleinbussen und Lieferwagen und bietet einen modernen Arbeitsplatz in einem kollegialen Team. Die Position kombiniert technische Beratung in mehreren Sprachen mit kaufmännischer Verantwortung und umfasst gelegentliche Messeteilnahmen.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Mehrsprachige Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen
  • Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Unterstützung bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Veranstaltungen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden auf Deutsch sowie Französisch oder Englisch

Ihr Profil ##

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit grosser technischer Affinität
  • Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst ist für diese Position erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch- oder Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen wird hier erwartet
  • Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung
