Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Technische und organisatorische Vorbereitung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Revisionsarbeiten
  • Ermittlung des benötigten Arbeits- und Materialumfangs für geplante Instandhaltungsmassnahmen
  • Technische Abklärung und Auswahl geeigneter Ersatzteile und Komponenten
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von technischen Informationen bei Lieferanten
  • Auslösen und Begleiten von Bestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Pflege von technischen Daten, Komponenten und Instandhaltungsinformationen im internen System
  • Planung und Terminierung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arbeits- und Terminplänen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Polymechaniker, Mechaniker, Landmaschinenmechaniker, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Maschinen-, Anlagen- oder Fahrzeugbereich von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Instandhaltung und technisches Verständnis für Maschinen und deren Komponenten
  • Erfahrung mit Wartungs-, Reparatur- oder Revisionsarbeiten von Vorteil
  • Weiterbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich, beispielsweise Prozessfachmann HF, von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-, Instandhaltungs- oder Planungssystemen von Vorteil
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Büro, Werkstatt und Einkauf
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
