Technischer Projektleiter für Spritzguss\- und Montageprojekte Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen, das seit 1981 im Kundenauftrag Kunststoffteile im Spritzgussverfahren entwickelt, produziert und montiert. Vielseitigkeit bei individuellen Kundenlösungen, Präzision in der Werkzeugentwicklung, Effizienz in der Serienproduktion und Flexibilität in der Baugruppen\-Montage sind unsere Stärken. Das SKS\-Team besteht aus rund 100 Mitarbeitenden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Technische/n Projektleiter/in für Spritzguss\- \& Montageprojekte Deine Aufgaben Selbständige Leitung von Projekten von der Auftragserteilung bis zur Serienreife Planung, Überwachung, proaktive Steuerung und Rapportierung der Projekte hinsichtlich Technik, Kosten, Termine und Qualität von Spritzguss\- und Montageprojekten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werkzeugbau, Konstruktion, Verfahrenstechnik, Produktion und Qualitätsmanagement Direkte Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden und Lieferanten Das bringst du mit: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektleitung und im Bereich Spritzgusstechnik Technische Grundausbildung (Kunststofftechnologe, Polymechaniker oder Konstrukteur) Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder höher Ausgeprägte Organisations\- und Planungsfähigkeit Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Selbständige, lernbereite und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit Wir bieten dir: Bei uns erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche und herausfordernde Tätigkeit in einer wachsenden und zukunftsorientierten Unternehmung.
