Willkommen bei Haag-Streit ##

Haag-Streit Deutschland, mit Sitz in Wedel bei Hamburg, versteht sich als Vollausstatter für Ärzte und Kliniken in der Augenheilkunde. Neben dem Vertrieb, dem Marketing und dem Technischen Service für das gesamte Produktportfolio ist Haag-Streit auch ein erfahrener Planer für Praxen- und Klinikneueinrichtungen sowie deren Umzüge. Zudem bieten wir unseren Kunden auch OP-Mikroskope aus dem Hause Haag-Streit Surgical (ehemals Möller-Wedel) für alle Disziplinen an.

Deine Herausforderung ##

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte bei unseren Kunden technisch vorbereitet sind. Dazu gehört die Absprache mit Bauplanern (m/w/d) und Elektrikern (m/w/d), die technische Prüfung von Arbeits- und Produktionsumgebungen und Gegebenheiten vor Ort sowie die Prüfung von Gerätekompatibilität und Adaptionen. Zudem gehört die Bearbeitung von Aufträgen aus bestimmten Gebieten in einem Team zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich. Dabei verbindest du technisches Know-how mit einem modernen Verständnis von technischen Praxismanagement und entwickelst unsere Projekte mit unseren Kunden kontinuierlich weiter.

  • Verantwortung für die technische und organisatorische Betreuung unserer Projekte in Kliniken und Arztpraxen sowie infrastrukturellen Einrichtungen vor Ort
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Auftragserteilung, Beschaffung, Lieferung, Montage, IT-Anbindung, Techniker Einsatz vor Ort
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Handwerksunternehmen
  • Organisation und Überwachung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Prüfungen, Wartungen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Umbau-, Modernisierungs- und Investitionsprojekten
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen, Wartungen und Prüfungen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen, Management, Planern (m/w/d) und externen Partnern (m/w/d)
  • Auftragsbearbeitung von Projekten und Tagesaufträgen in Zusammenarbeit in einem Innendienstteam und dem Vertriebsaußendienst

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Facility-Workplace oder Gebäudemanagement
  • Technisches Verständnis und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Projekte eigenständig voranzutreiben
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern (m/w/d)
  • Interesse an modernen technischen Geräten, Nachhaltigkeit und effizienter und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
