Auf einen Blick

 

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen technischen Projektmanager, der komplexe internationale Projekte im Bereich Hardware- und Software-Engineering für Isolatorsysteme leitet und sicherstellt, dass die Kundenanforderungen unter Einhaltung der GMP-Standards erfüllt werden. Diese Position vereint Führungsaufgaben, Koordination und Budgetverantwortung in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit starkem Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und Teamarbeit.

 

 

Aufgaben

 

  • Globale Verantwortung für mehrere parallellaufende kundenspezifische Isolatoren- Projekte 
  • Führen, koordinieren, motivieren und managen eines multidisziplinären Projektteams 
  • Sicherstellung einer ausdrucksstarken Kommunikation und der allgemeinen Projektkoordination zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten intern und extern 
  • Kosten- und Terminprognosen während der gesamten Projektphasen erstellen,-überwachen und gegebenfalls Massnahmen einleiten und kommunizieren 
  • Vorbereitung und Führung von Kunden- und Partnermeetings sowohl intern-als auch extern (weltweit) 
  • Regelmässige Auswertung des Projektstatus und Reporting an das Management 
  • Überwachung der- Umsetzung der Anforderungen von Kunden und Behörden (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice sowie MRL - Maschinenrichtlinie) 
  • Verkaufsunterstützung bei Kundenanfragen inkl. Erarbeiten von technischen Lösungen für SKAN Anlagen 
  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung /Schnittstellenfunktion zum Sales Engineering 

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement (mind. 3 - 5 Jahre) 
  • Erfahrung im Führen von Projektteams in einem internationalen Umfeld- 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office 
  • Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld sind von Vorteil 
  • Uni- / FH- / HF-Abschluss 
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch. Deutsch ist ein Vorteil
