Mistelextrakte zählen zu den bestuntersuchten pflanzlichen Arzneimitteln in der Onkologie. Unser Ziel ist es, den Einsatz unserer Produkte weiter auszubauen. Als Ergänzung für unser Team suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als

Technischer Sachbearbeiter, 100 % (w/m/d) – befristet für 6 Monate mit Aussicht auf Festanstellung

Arbeiten Sie mit an der Sicherung der Qualität und Zulassungen unserer Arzneimittel, indem Sie die Verwaltung unserer technischen Prozesse unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung: Gute und sorgfältige Organisation und Ausführung von Verwaltungsaufgaben, insbesondere im technisch\-wissenschaftlichen Bereich (Tabellenerstellung, Pflege von Datenbanken, Formularausfüllung, Zusammenstellung von Dokumenten)
  • Berichtswesen: Erstellen von technischen Berichten, Protokollen und Präsentationen nach Absprache mit der Spartenleitung.
  • Terminüberwachung: Koordinieren von Einreichungsfristen bei den Behörden.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Kommunizieren mit Kooperationspartnern, Behörden und internen Abteilungen in deutscher, englischer und ösischer Sprache.

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit wissenschaftlicher Affinität oder Chemie\-/ Pharmatechnolog:in EFZ
  • Sehr gute PC\- und IT\- Kenntnisse sowie die gängigen MS\-Office Anwendungen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, ösisch von Vorteil
  • Authentisches Interesse in pflanzlichen und anthroposophischen Arzneimitteln
  • Selbständig und engagiert mit einer dienstleistungsorientierten Grundeinstellung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Lösungsorientiert
  • Organisationsvermögen
