Für unseren Kunden, ein international führendes Unternehmen im Maschinenbau mit in Sitz in Winterthur, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Technischer Sachbearbeiter AVOR #

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie für die Auftragsplanung der Kundenbestellungen von A-Z (Offerten, Rechnungen, etc.) verantwortlich. Weiter koordinieren Sie die Produktionsaufträge / AVOR termingerecht, führen Machbarkeitsabklärungen durch und übernehmen diverse Aufgaben im Einkauf sowie der Disposition (inkl. Arbeitsplänen, Materialverfügbarkeit usw.). Für Ihre Kunden sind Sie der kompetente Ansprechpartner bei technischen Fragen und beraten diese in Deutsch/Englisch und ggf. auch in Französisch. Nach einer seriösen Einführung werden Sie in diverse Projektgruppen integriert und koordinieren/leiten kleinere Projekte selbstständig.

Um in dieser verantwortungsvollen Position erfolgreich zu sein, bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Polymechaniker oder Konstrukteur), sowie eine kaufmännische Weiterbildung mit (z.B. Technischer Kaufmann, Dipl. Techniker HF). Sie konnten von Vorteil bereits erste Erfahrungen als AVOR Sachbearbeiter sammeln, vorzugsweise im technischen Umfeld und kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) sowie v.V. in Französisch. Sie bringen gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Abacus, NAV etc.) mit und sind idealerweise sind Sie zwischen 25 - 45 Jahre alt. Bezeichnen Sie sich zudem als kunden- und serviceorientierter Teamplayer? Dann sollten Sie sich baldmöglichst bei uns bewerben.
